Returns & Exchanges

At NICEIC Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided they are in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and manuals are included, and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Send your package via a tracked postal service to our central distribution warehouse; please retain your proof of postage until the return is processed.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
